​Ian joined Reelwell in early 2018. He has 23 years of international experience in the Drilling Segments of Schlumberger. With prior key roles in operations, maintenance, engineering, manufacturing and supply chain, he brings extensive knowledge of drilling technology challenges and needs.
 

Ian has a Masters in Electronic & Electrical Engineering and is a Chartered Engineer & Fellow of the IET UK.  He is based in Houston, TX, USA

Silje brings international finance experience from both listed and private global companies across multiple industries.

Her most recent role was as a CFO at a scale-up technology company providing iPaaS for the digital utility and energy cloud now part of GE Vernova.

Silje holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of San Francisco.

Ola founded Reelwell AS in 2004 and serves as the focal point for the DualPipe technologies, including the Reelwell Drilling Method [RDM] and our steerable liner drilling project. Ola is the R&D manager for the Geothermal technology development.

With over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Rune has extensive experience in supporting the growth of new technologies. His expertise lies within the development and production of upstream monitoring and measurement technology, as well as with software applications related to oil and gas production, measurement, and optimization. 

Ronald brings 30 years of experience in the oil industry. From field operational and supervisory roles in drilling and well-operations offshore to more recently managing key accounts and contracts for major service companies. He has previously worked for Weatherford, National Oilwell Varco, Baker Hughes, and Expro – supporting major operators in Norway and Europe.

Tage brings almost 20 years of experience in the oil industry, From early field experience in drilling to working for a variety of service companies in completion technology with specialized focus in Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply Chain. His strengths reside in his many years of supply chain management, project management, and product development, coupled with his astute oversight and augmentation of manufacturing capabilities.
