​Mr. Rasmussen has more than 35 years of experience in oil and gas, information technology, and industrial. He is currently Chairman of Dolphin Drilling Limited, Semco Maritime Norge, Octio and Gravitude AS and KNL Networks. Previously Mr. Rasmussen spent more than 25 years in various roles at Schlumberger Limited worldwide, was CEO and Chairman of Archer Limited and Qinterra, and served on a range of industry boards. 

​Subodh Saxena is Sr. Vice President, Nabors Drilling Solutions (NDS), and a member of the Nabors Enterprise Risk Management Committee, SPE and SPWLA. He has previously served as an advisory board member for a non-profit organization Tahirih Justice Center, and the Board of Quantico Energy Services. Mr. Saxena has 30 years of experience within different geographies and product lines in Engineering, Technology, Strategic Planning and Management positions.
 

​John is an independent consultant after a 34-year career with BP in drilling operations, technology and exploration project management. He is the 2011 recipient of the Society of Petroleum Engineers International Drilling Engineering Award, a former technical director of the SPE and author of more that 40 technical papers and articles on drilling engineering. 

Helga Cotgrove serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Eidesvik Offshore ASA.  She has over two decades of experience in a variety of global positions at Halliburton and has also worked in the renewable industry.            

Additionally, she serves as the chairperson of Kelda Dynamics and is a member of the board of directors for InflowControl

Mr. Gjerde is an experienced energy executive, currently CEO of AR Incoronato AS, a private investment firm. His past roles include Managing Director at DNO Norge AS, Deputy CEO and co-founder of Origo Exploration AS, and CFO at Noreco ASA. He also held CFO roles at Proserv Group and IKM Gruppen. Gjerde co-founded Cyviz ASA, where he initially chaired the board. Currently, he serves on the board of Three60 Energy Norway AS and is Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Rogaland Sparebank.
